Trailblazer: Haifa F.
Hey, I’m Haifa! I live in Perth, Western Australia and I am 15 years old. I was born four months premature. I have a brother who is 10 years old, Noah, and a brother who is in heaven, Monir. I am in Year 9 at an amazing all-girls school.
Haifa and her brother, Noah, visit the beach. Perth is on the west coast of Australia.
I take Musical Theatre and Drama as my elective classes, and I love Maths, Chemistry, and Human Biology. I play netball* for my school club and have been playing for six years.
I am in our Year 9–12 Choir and another choir called Show Choir, which you have to audition to get into; we sing a cappella [without music]. I have been in two school productions (Year 7–8, The Seussification of a Midsummer Night’s Dream and Year 9–12, Bring It On: The Musical). I love watching the major Year 9–12 plays. We have done The Little Mermaid, Mamma Mia, Legally Blonde, and so many more!
My dream job would be an actress/singer, but I would also like to be a children’s speech pathologist. I have written some songs and hope to record them.
